Songsmith 1.02

Songsmith is a user-friendly software designed for those who love to create music but may not have formal musical training. With this trial version, you have six hours to explore and experiment with the program, which only counts actual recording time. Similar to an old Casio Keyboard, Songsmith allows you to choose from a variety of preset styles, such as techno, hip hop, bluegrass, or salsa, and set the tempo. Once you have your lyrics, simply press record and sing into your microphone in time with the beat.

One of the best features of Songsmith is its ability to fit music around the tune you sang, regardless of whether it was perfect or not. The program is incredibly easy to use, with a clear and simple interface, and the results are surprisingly good. Even if your singing sounds like a cheap karaoke song, Songsmith can pick up the tone you are making and adjust itself accordingly.
